Andrea S.
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Andrea is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and brings a wealth of experience from both orthodontics and pediatric dentistry to our office. She is also responsible for our entire orthodontic and office supply inventory. She attended Fayetteville Technical Community College and graduated from the Medical Careers Institute. Andrea has been with our office for over 10 years but has over 17 years of experience in the orthodontic field. She is a an excellent assistant, is quick and efficient, and she takes great pride in her work.
Andrea is married and has three sons who are quite active in sports. She enjoys playing softball, riding horses, reading, and going to the beach.
Camillia
Insurance Coordinator
Camillia attended CPCC where she graduated from the dental assisting program in 2004. That same year, Drs. Hull & Coleman were blessed to have Camillia join their practice. In 2012, she received her B.S. in Health Care Administration from Columbia Southern University. Although originally a certified dental assistant, Camillia serves in various roles that she has mastered over her career, including insurance coordinating, scheduling coordinating and various administrative duties.
Camillia prides herself on being a team player and loves to joke and have fun with our patients. She is a mother of two sons and enjoys spending time with family and helping others however she can.
Kelly
Treatment Coordinator
Kelly is one of our Treatment Coordinators, helping guide our new patients through the initial exam experience. She graduated from CPPC dental assisting program in 1979, after which she started her career with our office.
Kelly has extensive experience in the orthodontic field, and her experience, knowledge, and ability to make patients feel right at home make her a tremendous asset to our team. Kelly is a Charlotte native and has been married to Scott since 1986. She has a cat named Scooter, and she enjoys travel, photography and cooking.
Liz
Certified Orthodontic Assistant /Clinic Coordinator
Liz is one of our Certified Orthodontic Assistants and has been part of our team since 2010. She attended CPCC and graduated from Lake Norman Dental Assisting School before joining our practice. Liz is an excellent orthodontic assistant who brings attention to detail and a love of her patients to her work. She excels at helping each patient feel comfortable and at ease during their visits to our office, and she truly works as a team with her fellow assistants to help our clinic run smoothly and efficiently.
Liz is married to her husband, Trent, and has two boys, Chase and Cash. She enjoys running, yoga, playing tennis, reading, and shopping.
Rebecca
Laboratory Specialist
Rebecca is our Orthodontic Laboratory Specialist. She fabricates most of our orthodontic appliances by hand, including retainers, space maintainers and more. Rebecca has been a member of our office family for almost 30 years. She is an extremely dedicated and hard worker, and she takes great pride in the quality of the appliances that she makes for our patients.
Rebecca attended Appalachian State University and graduated from the CPCC dental assisting program. She is married to her husband, Keith, and she has one daughter and a cat named Tigger. She loves photography, reading and going to Appalachian State football games.
Allison
Patient Coordinator
Ally loves working at the front desk where she can meet new people. She really enjoys getting to know our patients and seeing their results after treatment. Outside of the office, she loves spending time with family and friends. She has four children – three girls and one boy – who keep her quite busy!
She also loves to cook, watch sports, shop, travel, and have fun!
Sarah P.
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Sarah works in our clinic as an Orthodontic Assistant. She graduated from Appalachian State University in 2011 with a Business Management degree and in 2013 from the dental assisting program at CPCC. Sarah truly enjoys orthodontic assisting and is known for her constant smile, laugh and positive attitude.
Sarah loves animals, being active in the community, playing softball and volleyball, and trying new things with her husband, Mike - but her first love is her beautiful Manx cat, Stella!
Emily
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Emily began her orthodontic career at Drs. Hull and Coleman shortly after graduation from the dental assisting program at Central Piedmont Community College in July 2015. She enjoys getting to know our patients and making them smile. She is great at making our patients feel comfortable and confident about their orthodontic treatment. Emily is a great orthodontic assistant and her warm smile allows our patients to feel welcome in our office.
She was born and raised in Charlotte, NC and she enjoys traveling, hiking, and photography. Her husband, Will, and her have a son and a daughter as well as two rescued dogs, Pudge and Lacy.
Sarah B.
Manager
Sarah is our practice manager and plays a critical role in the operation and success of our practice. She is in charge of all of the financial, staff, and administrative aspects of the office. With her experience in banking and general dentistry, she has found a love for orthodontics. Her favorite thing about orthodontics is seeing the huge smile on a patients face when they have completed treatment!
Sarah is married to her husband Anthony, and has a daughter, Daniella and son, LT. She enjoys spending time exploring all there is to do around Charlotte, and traveling back to her hometown in Wisconsin as often as she can to visit family and friends.
Kindell
Certified Orthodontic Assistant
Kindell has been an orthodontic assistant for over 8 years. She has been working in the dental field since high school. She truly enjoys assisting and loves working with patients.
She has two Great Danes- Letti and Hobbs who are the love of her life. Kindell also has a passion for horses and has been riding since she was a child.
Mallory
Patient Coordinator
Mallory is a patient coordinator and graduated from the Dental Assistant Academy of Charlotte in 2017. Her assistant experience made her very knowledgeable in dental health and is able to use this to educate patients during their treatment time. She brings a lot of energy to our front desk!
Mallory enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, and children Aubrianna & Sutton. They spend a lot of time at motocross races where her husband competes. She also has two fur babies, a cat named Cinderella and a german shepard named Crash. She has a love for riding horses since childhood and also enjoys camping, shopping, and the mountains.

Orthodontic Assistant
Sarah is an orthodontic assistant and came to us with
knowledge in endodontics and general dentistry, but of course her favorite is orthodontics!
You can find her laughing and joking around most of the time and is able to
find joy in any situation.
She was born and raised in Charlotte, and never plans to
leave. She enjoys getting some
sun at the lake or beach on weekends with friends. Sarah’s family is a huge part of her life and enjoys
being with her parents, older sister and little brother.
Kristie
Patient Coordinator
Kristie is one of our patient coordinators and she loves working
at the front desk where she can meet new people. She is passionate about
getting to know our patients and is always excited to see their final results after
treatment!
Kristie is a native Charlottean, so of course she loves the
Panthers and Carolina basketball. She enjoys spending time with her son, Josh,
and dog, Romeo! Outside of the office she enjoys skiing, backpack camping, and
beach or mountain trips.
Carter
Orthodontic Assistant
We first met Carter when she and her brothers were patients as children! She later joined our team as an intern, and we liked her so much we asked her to stay after graduating CPCC and Lake Normal Dental Assisting School. She loves working with people and making everyone smile.
Carters favorite thing to do in Charlotte is explore the city and find new and exciting restaurants or activities to do. Her claim to fame is being a triplet! She is currently staying busy planning her wedding to her fiancé, Philip.

Andrea has been in the orthodontic world since 2001, and clearly she really enjoys it! She prides herself in making sure patients are well informed and comfortable during their treatment process.
Andrea is originally from New Mexico. She enjoys running, fishing, hiking, camping, and relaxing during her down time with her husband, Travis, and her son, Aiden. She also has an adorable dog named Snax!
